Paris to Glasgow Pet Transport: Arranging the Journey

After an initial consultation, the pet owner requested our assistance in transporting their three cats from Paris to Glasgow. We confirmed our availability and guided them through the entire process to ensure compliance with UK pet entry regulations.

To meet UK pet entry requirements, the owner prepared the following documents:

Paris to Glasgow Pet Transport: Journey from Folkestone to Glasgow

Upon arriving in Folkestone, we continued driving towards Glasgow, making 2–3 stops along the way to check on the cats. Each time, I gave them water and tried to feed them, though they weren’t very interested in eating. During one of the stops, we noticed that their carriers needed cleaning. We contacted the owner for permission to let the cats out inside the car while we cleaned, ensuring all windows and doors remained securely closed.

  • Cleaned the small carrier first, allowing the cat to explore briefly before securing them back inside
  • Repeated the process for the two cats in the larger carrier
  • Ensured all were comfortable before continuing the journey
